Above on the page there're some Service PDF Manuals with Electric Wiring Diagrams & Fault Codes DTC for KOMATSU Rough Terrain Truck Cranes.

Komatsu also produces wheel loaders, mining trucks, excavators and motorgraders.

The Japanese truck crane Komatsu LW250-5 was created on a separate pneumatic wheel base, which does not belong to any truck, and is made specifically for this crane platform.

The technique is used to lift loads of various weights, in particular, the carrying capacity of this unit is about 26 tons with a minimum boom reach.

The rotary mechanism Komatsu LW250-5 is driven by special electric motors powered by a built-in electric generator.

The operator's cab is also installed on this platform and rotates together with the boom.

The crane boom is telescopic, retractable, the maximum length is about 31 meters.

Komatsu LW250 truck cranes are quite popular in the construction industry, and are also used in forestry, agriculture and utilities.

Self-propelled Japanese crane Komatsu LW250-5 has some advantages in operation, in particular, its small size compared to a full-fledged truck, allows the use of machinery on urban construction sites where there is not much free space.

The Komatsu LW250 truck crane uses reverse feet, which are horizontal, as standard stability support platforms.

The main advantages of the Japanese mobile truck crane:

- simplicity in work;

- reliability of nodes; powerful engine and boom; high work accuracy;

- regardless of the configuration, self-propelled cranes are equipped with four-wheel drive on each wheel, which allows the equipment to overcome shallow impassability, provided that appropriate tires are installed.

The quality of work is ensured by the built-in on-board computer, which helps the operator to track possible malfunctions and errors in working systems or directly in the working process itself.

In the event of overloads, a special signaling device notifies the operator of possible dangers.
